Membership Benefits and Levels

SENIOR COMPETITIVE MEMBER –  $185.00

  • USFSA membership (18 years old and up)
  • Subscription to SKATING Magazine – one copy per household
  • Nashville FSC membership
  • NFSC voting rights
  • Eligible to hold NFSC office
  • Represent NFSC at competitions – Skate Nashville, Spring Fling, Fall Fest, Winter Show
  • Reduced “member” cost for testing and priority scheduling
  • Certificate of accomplishment for passing USFS tests
  • NFSC email communications
  • Financial assistance as competitors move into higher level competitions (i.e. Sectionals, Junior Nationals, Nationals, etc.)
  • Invitation to NFSC club functions (i.e. socials, annual meeting, parties, etc.)
  • Opportunity to volunteer for club activities and support the sport of figure skating
  • Right to participate in NFSC programs, events, and show

JUNIOR COMPETITIVE MEMBER $210.00
  • USFSA membership for skater (under 18 years old) and parent
  • Subscription to SKATING Magazine – one copy per household

  • Representative parent receives membership, voting rights, and right to hold club office at no additional charge
  • Represent NFSC at competitions – Skate Nashville, Spring Fling, Fall Fest, Winter Show
  • Reduced “member” cost for testing and priority scheduling
  • Certificate of accomplishment for passing USFS tests
  • Membership in Junior Club (under 18 years old)

ASSOCIATE MEMBER $50.00

  • Opportunity to volunteer for club activities and support the sport of figure skating

COLLEGIATE MEMBER $150.00
  • USFSA membership (college-aged members) and full skating privileges for 4 years
  • Subscription to SKATING Magazine – one copy per household
  • Nashville FSC membership – 4 year membership
  • NFSC voting rights
  • Eligible to hold NFSC office
  • Represent NFSC at competitions – Skate Nashville, Spring Fling, Fall Fest, Winter Show
  • Reduced “member” cost for testing and priority scheduling
  • Certificate of accomplishment for passing USFS tests
  • NFSC email communications

SKATING FAMILY MEMBER $300.00
  • USFSA memberships (Junior skater(s) and parent(s) – 3 or members) must be in same household)
  • Subscription to SKATING Magazine – one copy per household
  • Nashville FSC membership
  • Represent NFSC at competitions – Skate Nashville, Spring Fling, Fall Fest, Winter Show
  • Each family member at least 18 years of age may hold club office
  • Each family member at least 18 years of age receives voting rights
  • Reduced “member” cost for testing and priority scheduling
  • Certificate of accomplishment for passing USFS tests
  • Membership in Junior Club (under 18 years old)
  • NFSC email communications 
  • Financial assistance as competitors move into higher level competitions (i.e. Sectionals, Junior Nationals, Nationals, etc.)

INTRODUCTORY MEMBER $180.00
  • The introductory membership is a full USFSA membership available to first-time full members at a discounted rate. It is a one-time membership.
  • Introductory membership carries the same USFSA privileges as a full membership, including a subscription to SKATING magazine and all testing and competition rights.
  • Nashville FSC membership and email communications / invitations and rights to participate.
  • NOTE: A representative parent membership is not included in the Introductory Membership; parental voting rights and the right to hold club office require full membership
  • Introductory membership lasts 18 months
 
All Basic Skills skaters are covered under the Nashville Skate Academy MembershipBenefits, which is separate from NFSC. Basic Skills skaters are eligible for entry to Basic Skills-only events at competitions and are not eligible for USFSA testing levels.
Initial Learn to Skate an Aspire memberships are granted via participation in those programs.
